The medical service is available 24 hours. It accepts travel insurance and credit cards. The expenses must be paid directly in the office. For any urgency dial “Information”. * This service is not included.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE
If you need to exchange currencies, you should go to the money exchange place located in the lobby. Open from 8:30 h to 21:30 h.
We also have an ATM located in the lobby 24 hours where you can withdraw only Dominican pesos
Note: This cashier is governed by the provider bank.

STORES
In the lobby area of the Grand Bávaro Princess we have a commercial area where you can find a wide variety of items to meet your need. Open from 8 h to 23 h. * This service is not included.

CATHOLIC MASS
The Eucharistic Celebration is every Sunday at 17 H. Please dial “Information” for details.

BABY SITTER
This service has an additional charge per child and per hour.
Please check with our Guest Service department at least one day in advance.

TAXI
For your safety, we recommend you to use only authorized taxis. If you like this service, you can do it directly with the Guest Service.
